As 2020 comes to a close, our Athletes were asked a few questions about the events of the past year and what they are looking forward to in the next.
Bones is the second athlete to be highlighted in this series.
How has COVID affected your fitness in the past year? What did you do to overcome these challenges?
"It has hindered it some. But mostly I have been fortunate that the places I have been have kept open for workouts. Wearing a mask and staying on top of hand washing and more cleanliness is an added bonus."
What are some things you accomplished this past year that you are most proud of?
"Mentoring so many newcomers interested in health and the lifting lifestyle."
What are your biggest goals going into 2021?
"Add 100 lbs to bench, squat, and deadlift."
