This option combines the benefits of both fitness and nutrition coaching. Coaching takes your fitness goals and develops them into a plan for you to achieve them. You may choose from three overall goals that can be adjusted over time:
Fitness and nutrition coaching will include weekly check ins, weekly workout programs (with the number of days you would like to workout), weekly meal plans with shopping lists, and unlimited email and text access to ask questions or advice.
Your coach will be Marissa Snowden, the owner of Ruthless Resolute. She is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with four years of coaching experience.
